Nice job with the preparation and delivery of this speech. I appreciate that you start with definition and lead to how to know if one does it to possible solutions without advocating for a specific solutions but offering an array. In your introduction, it can be really helpful to lay out this speech structure so that your listeners know what to expect. It’s a way of telling them what you want to say first, clarifying it second in the body, and repeating the basics you covered in your conclusion. The big piece that is missing here, however, is to go beyond your own personal experience as what gives you credibility and to instead incorporate supporting evidence from a variety of sources. I kept wanting you to bring in other experts from psychology and therapeutic fields for example to weigh in.

I really liked your speech! The only thing I’d say is to bring in more outside sources rather than more personal experience, although personal experience also serves a great purpose in engaging the audience. Overall, great job!
