I noticed that you that you are not looking at the camera. I know it was hard to memorize the whole speech. But you can look at the speech when you need it and make more eye contact.

This speech was very informative. One thing I’d point out is that your eyes aren’t looking at the camera which makes it harder for the audience to connect with what you are saying. I’d recommend not reading off of the script and instead looking at an outline to maintain eye contact with the audience.
