Great speech! I really liked how you got my attention in the beginning of the speech, it was very creative and interesting. Your incorporation of the compass into the speech was extremely creative as well, amazing job!

Nice job with this speech overall. You’ve used your metaphor to incorporate some specific information about yourself and created a strong overall speech structure. One thing I note is that I suspect you are directly reading and I’d like to challenge you to more directly engage and perhaps work from just an outline. Because of how the video is shot, it’s very hard to see your eyes and facial features which is limiting some of the best tools that you can use to engage your listeners.
